Unfortunately the MOS CNC machine was found to behave unpredictable, so manufacturing of MOS masks cannot be made at the NOT for the time being. A preliminary agreement has been made with Per Kaergaard that Niels Michelsen (CUA) will take a look at the CNC machine when visiting the NOT in connection with ALFOSC work.
