An overall objective is to integrate all aspects of data gathering, data handling and data processing in to a single system. A web-service project was started to unify the data flow in the proposal 'cycle'. This framework involves handling proposals, observing and technical schedules, various feedback forms and the data archive. This project touches many aspects of operations, and is being implemented in parts.
