Weather station

A new `Vaisala' weather station was bought. The plan is to install the new station along with the old system, which allows for a directly calibration between the two systems making a changeover relatively simple, and where one system will serve as back-up for the other.

The station still needs to be mounted outside, but it was already tested with the new TCS.
