Instrument set-up

Sequencer scripts were made to simplify the instrument-setup. The setup scripts make it easy to setup FIES in a fast and reliable way. The scripts themselves are scriptable and could, for instance, be very useful for a second-generation observing script editor (service mode observations).

Also a set of `exposure scripts' were made for specific observations, e.g., there is a script to make a ThAr exposure, which make it less likely that mistakes are made.
