Observing set-up

We have continued work on simplifying the general set-up of the observing system such that it is easy to start-up the system. The main objective is to make it easy to switch from using one instrument to an other. In general, it is now well defined and documented how to switch between the main Cassegrain instruments and FIES, but it is still needed to better define the change from FIES to the Cassegrain instruments. The main work is now in making scripts which automate these tasks as much as possible. In certain cases this also includes developing new commands/procedures to allow things to be execute from a script.

Also, a `clean-up' script was develop for the `obs' account on the data acquisition computers that removes all the files which are not necessary and restore things to a standard set-up. This script is in principle ran at the start of each observing run.
