Documentation

Many improvements were made to the documentation, both in the instructions for the support staff and in the user manual. Also, instruction were prepared for the monitoring programs. The mechanical drawings of the different parts of the system have been added to our web data base. Currently, the main part missing is still a maintenance manual.
