Observing floor

With the return of Peter Brandt extensive progress has been made with cleaning up and reorganizing the observing floor. This makes work at the telescope easier and allows the remaining items (mostly instruments trolleys) to be positioned better such that they don't effect the airflow when the side ports are open, which potential might affect the imaging quality of the telescope.
