Queue-mode program instructions

The queue-mode aspect of this proposal is to obtain ALFOSC pre-imaging to be able to produce MOS masks.

Requested: 1.5h grey time approx 2 months before the main MOS run starting 7/12/2015.
Awarded: 0.1 nights

Targets:
the fields will be uploaded into the OB queue
