P61-002: Precise Ages and Masses for Evolved Stars in Open Clusters

This is both a Monitoring program and a fixed service program, both using FIES.

Monitoring: 12 observations of HD21278, 10 min each, to be scheduled
Service: 2 observations in April of Epsilon Cnc, 20 min each
