PI: Daniele Bjorn Malesani, Johan Peter Uldall Fynbo, Dong Xu
ALFOSC/StanCam + NOTCam ToO program with override status
ToO triggers have override status.
The OB generator will be used to request all observations.
The OBs will automatically appear in the OB queue and OB generated
scripts will be automatically placed in the directory ~/scripts/71-506/.
For the observer:
Go to the directory
cd ~/scripts/74-515
List the available scripts
ls -lrt
and execute the OB generated scripts requested.
If you cannot find the corresponding observing script, please (re-)compile it from the Queue interface.
In the case of NOTCam, make sure that differential skyflats are obtained
for the camera and filter setup that is requested.
Remember to fill the
ToO or
SoftToO
tracking logs of this program.

First try: Observing under clear skies. Seeing started around 1.3" and ended around 3". The script was aborted because humidity rose past 90%.
Second try: Observing under clear skies. Seeing started around 2" and maintained.
Files from the first try might be useful.
Second target could not be observed due to weather conditions. |

The target GRB261010 was observed successfully in r' band, with clear skies and seeing around 1.0".
After the first three full exposures in the r' band were completed, an error occurred during the execution of the subsequent part of the script. A new script was submitted but the OB was terminated early at the PI's request.
For the next OB, the observation could not be carried out because no guide star was found.
The target GRB260924 was observed successfully with clear skies and seeing around 1.0". |
