The programming of the new TCS has progressed much faster, and at the moment 72% has been implemented. Clearly the new work schedule for Ingvar has improve the situation, though still significant amounts of time are taken by other tasks such as regular duty, trouble shooting the current TCS, and other tasks (e.g., the pointing model, installing the time server [see below], etc.).
The software for the adapter functions, mirror servo and active optics have been completed. With the exception of some minor parts for the adapter, the hardware for the adapter and active optics have been ordered, and the hardware for the mirror control hardware has been delivered.
