Pointing

A new pointing model was made after some complaints about the pointing. The model was calculate from `on-the-fly' pointings (basically regular telescope pointings [made by any observer] which comply to some specific criteria), which do not require any dedicated observations. This model had a general offset of 11 arcsec with respect to the previous model and an RMS error of 5.90 arcsec. The offset shows that significant changes do occur with time. The RMS value is basically the same as the last model based on dedicated observations, which means that we can use these data taken `on-the-fly' to regular check the pointing, and update it if necessary.
